If mom is more interested in a twins specific class, we can schedule a private class for $75 by appointment. It would be more cost effective for her to attend the regular monthly class, and then get a private lactation consultation after the babies arrive. A regular consult for one baby is $95, and the price for twins is x 1.5 = $142.50. We allow up to two hours or more devoted to accessment of each baby's needs and abilities, then develop a specific plan for mom and babies to meet their breastfeeding goals. The largest underwire that Medela makes is 44F or the 42H, and Bravado has a 38 F/G. All of our other larger support bras are not available in underwire.
